You can download and print a voter registration application (in English or 11 other languages) at https://www.sos.state.mn.us/elections-voting/register-to-vote/register-on-paper/

Mail the completed application to or drop it off at the Olmsted County Elections Office at 2122 Campus Drive SE, Suite 300 Rochester, MN 55904. You can also register in person there.
