Join DFLs of Olmsted County, Garden Party Books, and Southeastern Minnesota's literary community as we support Kamala Harris' presidential campaign and our state's and district's Democratic candidates. The event will begin with poets Jim Armstrong, Jean Prokott, and Anne Owen Shea, and the second half of the evening will be an open mic--first come, first sign-up: if you would like to read, bring a poem of your own or from another author that suits the occasion, whether about politics, America, or advocacy. There will be opportunities to volunteer, get campaign signs, and get voting information, and free will donations will be accepted.
